Data Collection via "Priority Access" Form

When you use our "Request Priority Access" form, we collect the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Work Email
  • Institution / Company (if provided)
  • Application details / Lab Focus

Purpose of Processing

We process this data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To evaluate your eligibility for the Chemablers Pilot Program (“Legitimate Interest” acc. Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To contact you regarding your application and potential hardware availability (“Pre-contractual measures” acc. Art 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To verify your professional status (B2B verification).

Data Retention

Your data will be stored as long as necessary for the duration of the Pilot Program selection process.

If no business relationship is established, your data will be deleted upon request or after a reasonable period,

unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability.

To exercise these rights, simply send an email to david.obermayer@chemablers.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

Analytics

We use a locally hosted analytics tool (“Burst Statistics”) to measure website traffic and form submissions.

The analytics tool is configured without the use of tracking cookies and does not collect or store personal data.

In particular, no IP addresses are stored in full and no user profiles are created.

The data is processed exclusively in anonymised form for statistical purposes and to improve the functionality and

performance of the website.

The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), as we have a legitimate interest in analysing

the use of our website to optimise our services.

Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary cookies required for the proper functioning and security of the website.

No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

No Binding Offer

The “Request Priority Access” form on this website constitutes a non-binding inquiry (“invitation to treat”) and

does not represent a binding offer to sell or supply hardware.

Submitting the form does not create a purchase contract between you and Chemablers FlexCo.

Pilot Program Selection

Chemablers FlexCo reserves the full right to select participants for the Pilot Program at its sole discretion.

There is no legal entitlement to participate in the program or to receive a device (“Photonic Stir Bar”) at the pilot terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and the design of the “Photonic Stir Bar”,

is the intellectual property of Chemablers FlexCo and is protected by copyright laws.

Any reproduction or use without explicit written consent is prohibited.

B2B Focus

Our offers and the Pilot Program are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs, research institutions,

and universities (B2B/B2G), not at consumers.

Liability

The information on this website is provided “as is”. Chemablers FlexCo assumes no liability

for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Graz.
